The brief titled "Christmas" was to create a TV commercial to remind the customers that FedEx is here to help and send their gifts to their special someone. Adding to it, FedEx wanted to create an imaginative story full of characters and a fantastical world to portray the spirit of holidays and how they make it possible in a joyful way.

The story is about a FedEx driver who is assumed to be Santa by Santa's little helpers.
